its the second round..
to be introduced into the last eight, ahmed.
fairly a good boxer with potential but lacks of focus during a bout.( overshadows emotions with winning )
proven by disregarding his advantage over alfonso.
alfonso fought with might and gave it his all. the best man, takes it all in this competition and alonso did win the matchup. ishe, i would say is one of the best fighters in this game, but he is overconfident and when he lost, he didnt beat me. He beat HIMself.never let emotions win you over. I let ishe beat ishe. i know its very mechanical and technical but that’s how u let a 600 pound beast lose a fight. i’m glad to be in the last four of this match together with alfonso, and i hope the two others would be equally matched up to be with us here.
so jesse, joey, albert, peter good luck and i hope you guys give us ur best support and continue watchin the show ..!

I gotta say it! GOMEZ is the BEST! I think he deserves the money more than anyone else on that show! I’ve never seen a guy with such a great respect for his family and have so much determination and confidence in himself. He stayed true to his morals! Despite all the rough patches he had to go through to get where he is. He has one of the BEST hearts. Not to mention his good looks!!! If I had the money I would give that guy a million dollars myself just for being the person he is. What a solider!!!

Alfonso Gomez is a true contender he has so much talent and fights with so much heart. It is hard to believe that he will not make it to the final round at Casers. Their are so many good things that are going to happen to him and his family. Alfonso Gomez has touched hearts and will contine to florish. I look forward to seeing more of him in the ring and would love to see him record a salsa dance how-to-video so I can move like him! Alfonso Gomez is a great fighter and has awesome personality. His character on the show is unbelievable. I truly believe that this is not his last time boxing in a great fight. Alfonso has turned heads twice and isnt afraid to fight the best, because thats what he did in the first episode, when he picked Manfrado, one of the toughest fighters, and showed everyone whats up, when he kicked his ass. No offense to Manfrado, but Alfonso has something that no other boxer has…. and thats strenght and power. Gomez doesn’t need to try to fit in cause he was born to stand out.

i liked what Ishe fort for (may i randomly point out i dispised Ahmed) but i liked how spurising alfonzo was and he deserved it really, sergio was great tho i didnt expect him to win it but in the end im glad he did because if i was manfridao ide still be proud for gettin in the final ((im lying i was be devastated that i lost out on a million)) but they should definatly make another seris of the contender because i think it was the best thing on tv does any one know if there gonna do this???

I don’t really like Ahmed but I like him more than Ishe, the reason being is Ishe’s mouth, I’ve read some interviews he’s had and he has been cutting down quite a few of the fighters on the show calling them the gutless four,including manfredo, brinkley,Joey Gilbert and Anthony Bonsante. Can you believe this fool he was almost crying on the show when Ahmed challenged him, and now he thinks hes a world stopper, someone is going to lay a beating on him good, he’s even calling out Fernado Vargas, Ishe if I was you I would shut my pie hole.

oh um thanks for that out burst of racism BRIT, and yeah i do like ishe but for what he fights for, his family, but i must admitt i didnt like how he said he mentioned that his fight against sergeo wasent goin to be hard it was going to be good and then sergeo turned out to be the only person to beat him..hmm. Bollocks thanks for agreeing with me on Ishe, at first I liked the guy, I think hes a good boxer and all, he just likes to shoot off his mouth, which I cant stand, like I said earlier If I was a boxer I would want to beat the crap out of him, he has to learn that people and other boxers dont like the motor mouth, hes even calling out seasoned professionals which I feel is a mistake being that he really hasnt fought anybody yet

If i were to enter the contender, i would be modest cause i belive its better to suprise then dissapoint (like alfonzo) but then i realise if ppl thought i had little confidence then they would want to fight me so ishe didnt like want to fight (as u saw with ahmed) but his mouth might of made him appare as if he was the best boxer there so people would of feared him

He’ll take this fight and anything else Peter Manfredo servers up. Although I agree Peter Manfredo is a tough kid he’s just not as polished as Sergio Mora is.

The fight was rigged. Jesse the winner of bossanti??? I must say, ESPN is probably saying omg what did we do, and Teddy Atlas must be like how did I ever get involved in this. Peter won 7 out of those 8 rounds, Are they trying to say that the guys from Friday night fights can’t keep a score card now? BULLSHIT. Sergio was taken to school, schooled, waled like a dog in the park. Jesse got his ass beat all 5 rounds, I never saw bassontai so diciplined. PETER MANFRADO JR won that fight. It is all rigged and I were ESPN I would notify the boxing commition and put an end to this crap. It is truly dissapointing for true boxing fans who kno how the game works. SERGIO you lost man. Your the latin “FAKE” I will never watch the show again. Bless Peter and his family, he trained hard and was robbed by reality T.V. I’m from Van-nuys california. The hood!!! All that I have to say is Peter should have won the contender. I don’t know what the judges were thinking when they gave it to sergio,,the guy sucks at boxing.
