How Do I Use It?

The Ufoc is similar to a securities prospectus. It can provide the information you need to evaluate a company or to target potential sales clients. An accredited franchise company, whether publicly traded or privately owned, must provide this disclosure document.

The Ufoc is most valuable for potential franchisees, investors, financial companies and suppliers to franchisees.
What Ufocs Do Research and Markets Have?

The number of franchise company Ufoc’s filed yearly is probably around 3,000. Many of these companies are start-up or young concepts with only a handful of franchised units. Our library of current and archived Ufocs contains documents from both older, more established companies and noteworthy new and exciting opportunities. How Do I Request a Ufoc Not in Stock?

If you don’t see what you’re looking for on our list of Ufocs, send us a Request for Ufoc or call email us. We will email you back within 24 hours as to the availability of the Ufoc information, expected delivery time, and the price.
Please note that a complete Ufoc may consist of hundreds of pages.

Ufoc documents are normally issued annually. For example, a 6/02 Ufoc would be “current” until 6/03. If we don’t have your choice readily available, we will generally be able to retrieve it and send to you within a few days.
