Ishe Smith defeats Jeff Fraza on The Contender

As Ishe Smith celebrated the sweet taste of victory, Jeff Fraza, 27-year old boxer from Haverhill, MA, (and close to my hometown) learned that he had contracted chicken pox.

Jeff was removed from the competition. However, Jeff’s East team did win their first Contender challenge which gave young Najai Turpin the chance to face Sergio “the Latin Snake” Mora. During a stirring five-round battle in the ring, Mora defeated Turpin.

Tough break Jeff. Your potential is high enough that I’m sure I’ll be seeing you again sometime.

    Yea Ishe Smith is a greater fight but I think Ishe is in for a rude awakening soon.

    An impressive fighter but out-boxed by Sergio Mora! Without his strength he is nothing……dissapointed by his under-par performance!
