Well there are rumors flying in both directions. Sure Lance Armstrong and Jake Gyllenhaal are spending a lot of time together and are spotted out on the town together but that doesn’t mean they are gay for each other.
So what if at one time online gambling sites like bodog were taking 3 to 1 odds that the next paparazzi picture of Jake Gyllenhaal would be of him smooching on Lance Armstrong. That doesn’t make it true.
It is being reported that Jake Gyllenhaal is up for the part of Lance Armstrong in a film that Sony will be releasing based on Lance Armstrong’s book It’s Not About the Bike. This film has no title as of yet that I have found anywhere. What a nail biter.
Since Lance Armstrong and Jake Gyllenhaal seem to be old time buddies it looks like he is a shoe in for the part. Some sources are stating that he has already secured the role while others disagree.
So you may wonder who would want to go see a movie based on the life of a cyclist. If you have followed Lance Armstrong’s career at all you know that this movie would be more than just about cycling. This guy has done the impossible when it terms of Tour D’ France. That alone would make good cinema but when you toss in the fact that he fought and beat cancer and then came back to place first in the Tour d’ France you’re looking at a film showing that nothing is impossible.
So, only you can be the judge on this one. Dating or making a movie?
