Prison Break Lane Garrison in Court for Vehicular Homicide
In December of 2006 Lane Garrison or Tweener, star of Fox’s “Prison Break”, was involved in a deadly car crash from which he is being charged with vehicular homicide as well as three other charges.
If convicted of the felony charge of vehicular homicide, Lane Garrison faces six years on prison. He was the driver of the Land Rover that crashed into a tree on December 2, 2006 killing one of his teenage passengers.
The victim, a 17 year old, and two other 15 year old passengers had invited Lane Garrison to a party. At this party witnesses have reported seeing Garrison drink between four and seven shots of Gray Goose Vodka and also snorting Cocaine. At the time of the accident Garrison’s blood alcohol level was reported at .15 which is way, way over the legal limit.
When recently in Beverly Hills court the actor did not enter a plea. Judge Eldon Fox has pushed the formal arraignment out until April 11. Garrison can be released on bail which was set at $100k. He was ordered not to drink any alcohol, to refrain from driving and not to have any contact with witnesses or victims involved in the case.

This is a very unfortunate situation for everyone involved. Obviously Lane Garrison did not go out that night with the intention of causing harm to anyone but he also should have made the decision not to drive under the influence of drugs and alcohol. Someone has lost a life due to his bad decision and he will need to be punished for his error in judgment.

Yes he made a stupid decision to drive after allegedly doing all that, but fact is, he isn’t the only one that does such things. David Apolskis should definitely be punished for what happened, but he shouldn’t be made out to be an example just because he’s an actor.

I think that everybody should pay for their mistakes even actors ! I’m not saying he is a bad guy or anything ! I think that was almost like an act of god !I mean is he the first person to ever step in a vehicle with a somewhat high alcohol content?
