Maximize Your Alli Diet Pill Results

Alli Pill before afterBy now I’ve made it pretty clear that when you are taking the Alli Diet Pill you need to follow the recommended low fat diet in order to see and to be able to leave the general vicinity of your bathroom. If only there was book that would tell me exactly what I can and can’t eat when taking the Alli Diet Pill…Oh wait, there is!

As I have talked about in the past, there is such a thing in the world of Alli called the Alli Diet Pill “treatment effects”. These “treatment effects”, which is a much nicer way of saying side effects, are what happens to you when you are not following the low fat diet that the Alli diet pill requires for success. Success both in weight loss and in controlling your bowel movements.

Need It Spelled Out For You?

I definitely need things spelled out for me and so I was glad to see that the book The Alli Diet Plan gives you the complete scoop on correctly following the Alli program. It’s basically a guide to maximizing weight loss and also minimizing the Alli Diet Pill treatment effects. Also this book provides over 200 Alli diet plan recipes. That will definitely be useful to me since I am running out of ways to cook low fat meals that have any sort of taste to them (just ask anyone in my home).

Need Some Alli Recipes?

So, you have the Alli weight loss program figured out but you just need some new recipes? Me too, that’s why I am so excited about The Alli Cookbook. This book will offer pages upon pages of delicious and low fat recipes that are perfect for the Alli weight loss program.

Wow, great…let me get go out and get The Alli Cookbook. Well, you can’t. Not yet anyway. The Alli Cookbook is not available until November of 2007. But you can pre-order now to make sure that you receive it as soon as it is released.

Need Some Alli Recipes Right Now?

Ok, so you don’t want to wait around until November eating the same 4 meals that fit in line with the low fat Alli weight loss program? There is always the online tools available at MyAlli.com. Here you can customize your daily Alli diet. This tool also creates a shopping list for you based on your customized daily Alli diet. How cool is that?

In my next Alli Diet Pill post I am going to go into the details of the myalli.com website and how you can fully use this great resource to your advantage.

Yea Wendy. It just works. Just be sure to take a multi-vitamin everyday cause the lack of some of the fat you usually take in also carries some of the fat soluble vitamins we require like Vitamin A, Vitamin D, Vitamin E and Vitamin K.

im just starting the alli diet now..i havnt started taking the pills yet because i wanted to make sure i could stick to the diet, so i wouldnt have to face those dreaded consiquences when i did start taking them. Let me tell you though just the diet alone is a very managable way to lose weight…so i can only imagine what my success will be when i do start the pill. 7 pounds a week, I CAN HANDLE THIS!
