Sidekick 3 Will Be Available July 10
Alright Sidekick fans, here it is, the date you’ve been waiting for.
Contrary to the many rumors floating around about the Sidekick III’s release date, no, it’s not June 5th, 9th, 20th, or the 26th. We obtained some very reliable inside information that T-Mobile is actually all set to introduce the latest Sidekick 3 iteration on July 10th.
Yep, that’s right kids, it looks like we’re still more than a month out from launch. Sorry to be the bearers of bad news..

Just think of all the possibilities of ringtones for the new Sidekick 3 mobile phone. It’s going to be one fo the best mobile phones on the market.
The Treo does a bit more the the Sidekick right now, but everything it does, it gets great marks and it’s very reliable. I think the Sidekick 3 is more stable and made well compared to the Treo. And it’s cheaper than the Treo’s up front cost just to pruchade it and get it up and running.
My only complaint that I have for the Sidekick 3 is that it doesn’t have as many applicaations or ringtones right now but I’m sude that will change as people start to hack the Sidekick 3 more.

T-Mobile sent out a press release. If it’s not really that day then they look like fools. My order is going to be in this week.

Yo! No one told me yet, but I have figured it out on my own, the sidekick does not swivel around this time, it slides right up, because in all the recent pictures the screen has the tmobile logo and “sidekcik” words in the same position when they were shut as they were open. I don’t know about you, but I like that idea a litttle bit more, It makes me feel like Im James Bond or something. Can’t wait, gonna spend an entire paycheck on that damn sidekick.

Hey everyone. T-Mobile has released the specs along with a pic of the Sidekick 3 to employees in customer care. However, they wont be saying anything about it in customer care untill June 20. The new one is awesome!! It has Bluetooth, Edge, a trackball instead of the rolling selector, removeable memory card (32 meg), plus the ability to hook up to a computer through a mini USB cord included with the package. The official release date has not been updated into the customer care computers yet but I am guessing the price will be very similar to the MDA price when it first came out (between $400-$500). When I get more offical info I will let you all know.

Are you serious? well first of all I question “t-mobile employee” because he doesn’t really have the facts straight. So here you guys.
You can see pics of the Sidekick 3 everywhere now..it was approved by the FCC and all documents related to such was made public early this month (June)
- It does still swivel.
Check out http://www.hiptop3.com they seem to be the most reliable on information. July 10th does look likely, but that is still at best a rumor.

I logged into the service at Dada Mobile and downloaded the New Danity kane Show Stopper ringtone for my Sidekick 3 just this weekend.

I signed up for it. It’s a service where you can download 10 free ringtones and wallpapers per month. After the 2nd month there’s a charge if you read the details but I cancelled after I downloaded my 10.
We’ll see in a month but I’ve only had my SK3 for about 1 month.
