@Debra Callaghan - I've never seen anyone completely uninstall IE7 successfully on their XP computer. It's too much apart of the OS itself.

Hi,
I have a question. I have ie7 and no longer use it. I use Mozilla instead. Can I uninstall ie competely since I have Mozilla? I just uninstalled the latest ie beta update because it crashed my illustrator programs. ughhhhhhhhh and my computer asked me if I wanted to update it.

i’m running xp and trying to remove ie7. while it’s uninstalling, the computer mysteriously reboots itself and i’m back in windows w/ie7 again! does anyone know how to solve this?
