I have been on Alli for a week, I am down 4 pounds. I have done every diet under the sun. So far this has been the easiest. I have no problem eating below the 15grams of fat per meal. You just have to plan ahead.. I have noT seen grease. I have had more frequent bathroom visits, but nothing uncontrolable. I HIGHLY Recommend it, and I will definately keep everyone posted on my progress.

Studies are now showing tha Alli is causing Liver failure….I stopped taking it and I advise that you should also.

I started using Alli abt 3days ago and so far so good no treatment effects though can’t say weather it works or not but am keeping my fingers crossed hoping that it does.

I have been taking Alli and working out. I work out 6 days a week an hour a day on my bowflex. When working out, I lift weights and jog, because of this I have lost 45lbs in 7 weeks. I noticed week 2 that the Alli was working but I didn’t no that by combining wight lifting and jogging I would burn almost twice the amount of calories then just by weight lifting.

I have Lupus and have been on prednisone and other drugs that have taken over my life and weight. I have tried so many diets to try and get close to where my weight was before my Lupus got bad….nothing worked. I had seen the commercial for Alli and figured at this point what do I have to lose. I get teary eyed just talking about it. For the first time in a long time I am seeing results and in return I feel better and more motivated than ever. Yes I will admit when you eat fatty food your body will teach you a lesson but its something you learn to cut down right away. I could probably eat even better but I feel Alli has really given me a second chance and the confidence to be a better and healthier me.

I have lost the weight before I went from a size 12 to a 6 but after a death in the family I found the weight again.I work out 5 days a week,ride my bike 10 to 20 miles on one day a weekend and eat healthy.Fruits and veggies.I do not eat red meat mostly because I don’t like it,but with all this I am 180 and in a size 14.bigger now than I every have been.Nothing is working so this I my last step.I am getting the Alli pills I need something.

Hello my name is Liz , I started taken the Alli pills about 2 weeks ago! I have read all the side affects these pills can give people but I really want to loss the wieght so I didn’t care. As for me I’m hispanic I know this doesnt matter but the fact is that a lot of hispanic people eat a lot of fatty fried foods rice alomst everyday all of are meats are fried.so I really dont know maybe thats why the pills are not working for me . Has this happen to anyone PLEASE let me know I do take a pill 3 times a day with my meals ….Thanks Liz
