Easy teeth whitening products have gained popularity recently as the technology has moved from the dental office to products purchased in a pharmacy or grocery store.
You always want to look your best. You spend money on your hair and complexion and clothes. So why would you not want to also invest in your smile? Show your teeth when you smile! First, go out and purchase teeth whitening strips. Although you should follow the directions on the package, you’ll probably be required to wear them once or twice a day for a couple of weeks in order to increase the whiteness of your teeth by several shades.
Once you have whitened your teeth with the strips, you may want to switch to the teeth whitening gel liquid. This is something you would put on your teeth overnight so that it would whiten your teeth while you slept. Typically, this gel only raises the whiteness of your teeth by a couple of shades, so it is a good way to maintain the whiteness of your teeth rather than a way to initially attain white teeth.
This plan is very easy to follow and will ensure that you get very white teeth at a reasonable price.
Your smile is an advertisement of the quality of your life. If your smile is a bright, white smile, it shows that you are a happy, healthy person who enjoys life to its fullest. I had Zoom, and I noticed very little difference. My family, friends and Coworkers didn’t even notice. I also use crest white stripes.

Though it’s nice to get fast results, I find the healthiest way is to just brush your teeth with toothpaste that has baking soda in it. I’ve learned from a friend that baking soda is supposed to whiten your teeth, though it doesn’t do anything health wise. That’s why using toothpaste WITH the stuff in it is the healthiest way to go about it. Just twice a day, or if you’re really dedicated, every time after a meal, for 2 minutes each.
I barely brush my teeth (because I forget) and I only brush my teeth about… oh, 2 times a week, probably, and my teeth are starting to get whiter. Sure, it takes a while for you to see the results, but trust me, it’s better than spending extra money on the dentist or gels or strips. Plus, you’ll have less cavities. n.n
Also, toothpaste can help get rid of zits, too.

Eww…wtf Aerien? You brush your teeth twice a week. That’s disgusting. How can you forget like that. Your breath must be rank. I can’t even function in the morning if until I brush my teeth.

Has anyone tried BriteSmile? It is a little bit more expensive but you get instant results…..Only 60 minutes and it’s painless!!! What a difference BriteSmile does

My mom was using BriteSmile but she was getting a reaction from it that a DR said to stop. Made her teeth VERY sensitive.
Otherwise it’s very popular.

has anyone tried ‘Celebrity Sexy Teeth Whitener’? i just bought 3 tubes for $99. supposed to whiten your teeth 8 shades in 14 days using it 2x day. with the applicator apply a thin layer on each tooth and let it set for 30 min. before drinking/eating. last night was my 1st time. we’ll see. BUT the info doesn’t say how long using their whitener lasts before you have to buy another tube!!!
i also started brushing my teeth with baking soda and toothpaste so we’ll what that does. my dentist says to just use baking soda and it will whiten your teeth (hers looked good but not as white as I would like). i don’t care for the taste of baking soda so i add a little toothpaste. i may eventually end up using the baking soda routine. a whole lot less expensive for sure. got 16oz box of baking soda at ‘The Dollar Tree’ for $.50. what a deal!!!

Use peroxide and garggle with it 2 times a day. My dentist told me this is a ggod way to help if you have a infected tooth and it also helps with making your teeth whiter. Just DONT swallow it !!!!

Ugh i have braces right now which sucks sht but i have to deal with them for like another year… =[ i guess i'll live but being 22 and having braces sucks... also i cant use any teeth whitener b.c it will like ruin the braces... i dont know what to do. And what does baking soda do for teeth??? i only use it to get the bad smell out of my basement... =] Can som one answer my questions?
